Role purpose: 
•    To ensure and support all internal divisions in the effective performance of their operational processes related to M-Pesa products and services.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Work with IT, Vodafone and other M-Pesa teams; to support upgrades, M-Pesa configuration changes, Change requests and incidents. 
•    Perform M-Pesa product operations and processes, including reconciliation with 3rd parties, and performing operational reports to support finance, sales, distribution and customer service teams.
•    Able to design M-Pesa Product solution as per Business requirements for implementation. 
•    Support the Legal and Regulatory Division, implement AML and compliance controls and monitoring, data clean up and reconciliations.
•    Support the Sales and Distribution Divisions, manage sales activation process for distribution and business customers on the M-Pesa systems.
•    Monitor SLA on issues resolution as per our internal procedure and Regulator guidelines.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience 
•    Strong Analytical skills – able to assess M-Pesa system issues with quick resolution.
•    Meticulous attention to M-Pesa product design.
•    Able to work with speed and high level of accuracy towards M-Pesa configurations and tight deadlines. 
•    Impeccable ethical standards and conduct.
•    Customer focused – passionate about delivery of results to internal and external customers
Must have technical/professional qualifications: 
•    3+ years’ experience industry or functional experience.
•    Good communication skills with fluency in English & Kiswahili.
•    IT background.
•    Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the value chain.
•    Troubleshooting skills –identify issues, root cause, recommend or implement solutions.
•    Project knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
Key performance indicators:
•    Accurate and timely implementation of new M-Pesa changes such as Tariffs change and fixes of raised issues.
•    Support daily M-Pesa operations – delivery of results and SLAs.

Role Purpose
Drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration by leading sales and distribution efforts across assigned territories. The Territory Manager will act as a strategic enabler, aligning distributor performance with Vodacom’s digital-first vision, ensuring competitive agility, and delivering superior customer experience in a rapidly evolving telecom landscape.
Key Responsibilities
•    Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective distributor and dealer engagement.
•    Leverage data analytics to identify high-potential areas and optimize sales strategies.
•    Implement and monitor end-to-end distribution plans to ensure product availability and visibility.
•    Identify and close gaps in the distribution chain, especially in underserved or high-growth zones.
•    Continuously monitor market activities and provide actionable insights to inform pricing, promotions, and channel strategies.
•    Champion digital tools to drive adoption and customer self-service.
•    Ensure retail execution standards are met, including digital POS systems, pricing integrity, and brand consistency.
•    Support distributor capability building through training, joint field visits, and performance reviews.
•    Embed a performance-driven culture among dealer staff through coaching and recognition.
•    Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.
•    Use predictive analytics to forecast demand and align supply chain planning.
•    Gather customer feedback from the field to inform product development and service enhancements.
•    Promote inclusive access to Vodacom services, especially in rural and youth segments.
•    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with M-Pesa, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
•    Minimum 3–5 years in telecom/FMCG sales or distribution management.
•    Strong understanding of Tanzania’s telecom market and regional dynamics.
•    Proven ability to manage channel partners and drive performance in a competitive environment.

•    Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
•    Digital fluency and ability to drive tech adoption in the field.
•    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and coaching skills.
•    Resilience under pressure and agility in fast-paced environments.
•    Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel, Power BI, CRM tools).

Role purpose: 
To drive sustainable growth of VodaBima by leading sales and distribution of Motor, Life, Device Insurance and Health Insurance products, through strong channel execution, strategic partnerships, and robust field sales structures.
The role will ensure effective omnichannel delivery, optimize customer experience, and improve retention, renewals, and IPF repayment performance across all distribution channels.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•    Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
Lead sales for Motor, Life, Device and Health Insurance across all channels.
•    Build & Manage Distribution Channels
Establish strong SFEs, optimize Retail touch points performance, and scale corporate & all other digital channels.
•    Regional Execution & Field Coordination
Collaborate with Regional Teams, M-Pesa Leads, and Territory Managers to drive on-ground execution.
•    Develop Partnerships
Secure and manage corporates, digital tax platforms ecosystems and SACCOs for Group Life expansion.
•    Enhance Retail touch points Capability
Train and enable Retail touch points teams to effectively sell and service all insurance products.
•    Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Ensure all channels use approved tools for sales tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
•    Ensure Compliance & Governance
Maintain adherence to TIRA regulations and internal policies
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills translated from consumer insights
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to anticipate customer, competitor and market dynamics 
•    Able to challenge the status quo
Must have technical/professional qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance, Actuarial Science or its equivalent.
•    She/he must have at least 2 years of working experience in insurance sales. 
•    understanding of insurance laws and regulations of the country.
•    Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
•    Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in the value chain.
•    Project management knowledge and experience would be advantageous.

•    Overall VodaBima Growth as per the company target
•    Grow VodaBima Market and Value Share.
•    Accurate and timely delivery of the execution plans specified on the calendar
•    Quality of support and stakeholder alignment
