Qualifications & experience
Education
Diploma or Certificate in Facilities Management, Environmental Management, Horticulture, or related field
Experience
Proven experience in cleaning supervision, gardening, or facilities management
Required skills
- Knowledge of landscaping, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Good communication skills; basic computer literacy an added advantage
Roles & responsibilities
- Cleaning Supervision: Oversee daily cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
- Gardening & Landscaping: Manage landscaping tasks like watering and pest control.
- Staff Management: Allocate duties, monitor attendance, train staff, and ensure safety procedures.
- HSE Compliance: Ensure safe handling of chemicals and promote environmental sustainability.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and maintain usage records.
- Reporting: Prepare regular supervision reports and coordinate facility improvement needs.
