Mandatory Instructions for All Invited Candidates

All shortlisted candidates must strictly comply with the following requirements:

1. Identification Documents

Each candidate must present one valid identification document, such as:

National ID
Voter’s ID
Employee ID
Passport
Driving licence
Official introduction letter from a local government office with a stamped photograph

2. Academic and Professional Certificates (Originals Only)

Candidates must bring original certificates, including:

Birth certificate
Form IV and Form VI certificates
Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or higher (depending on qualifications)

3. Additional Requirement for Sales & Marketing Applicants

Applicants for sales and marketing roles must present an original Aviation Certificate.

4. Documents That Will NOT Be Accepted

Form IV or Form VI result slips

5. Personal Expenses

All candidates are responsible for their own transport, meals, and accommodation.

6. Interview Schedule Compliance

Candidates must adhere strictly to the assigned date, time, and venue.

7. Name Discrepancies

Candidates whose names differ across certificates must present a registered Deed Poll.

8. Candidates Born Outside Tanzania

Proof of Tanzanian citizenship from the Immigration Department is mandatory.
