Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Teach up to NTA Level 6 and assist in teaching higher levels where required.
- Administer examinations up to NTA Level 6.
- Prepare training materials and learning resources and provide training to students.
- Supervise and assist junior staff.
- Supervise field training.
- Conduct tutorial sessions for students with academic deficiencies.
- Set examinations and assignments.
- Identify students’ needs and provide counselling.
- Conduct and supervise presentation classes and tutorials.
- Conduct research and consultancy work.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Extension from a recognized institution or university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 5.0.
