The Prime Minister’s Office – TAMISEMI, in collaboration with Educate! Tanzania through a project aimed at improving the teaching and learning of Business Studies, announces opportunities to enhance the quality of Business Studies  education in secondary schools.

The Office is inviting applications for 400 teaching positions for Business Studies teachers (volunteers) in secondary schools with high demand across the following regions:

• Arusha
• Kilimanjaro
• Manyara
• Simiyu
• Kagera
• Geita
• Tabora
• Dodoma
• Morogoro
• Pwani
• Dar es Salaam

The project aims to support the implementation of the  Education and Training Policy of 2014 (2023 Edition) and the improved Secondary Education Curriculum, which emphasizes the teaching of Business Studies and the development of entrepreneurial skills among students.

Therefore, graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree from government-recognized institutions are invited to apply for volunteer teaching positions in Business Studies at secondary schools. Applications should be submitted through the official recruitment system of the Prime Minister’s Office – TAMISEMI.

Application period: From 1 June 2026 to 14 June 2026.

This announcement is intended for applicants with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in Business Studies, or
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related fields or Economics from a government-recognized institution.
