Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
- VETA or equivalent technical training (where applicable)
- Fresh graduates and candidates with field practical exposure are strongly encouraged to apply
- Applicants residing in Kilimanjaro or nearby places are encouraged to apply
Key Competencies
- Basic technical and operational knowledge in the relevant discipline
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn
- Basic safety awareness and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
