• 3 + years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data visualization tools and statistical software.
• Passion for mobile money and its potential to revolutionize financial inclusion across Africa :
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data handling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Your challenges

Decoding the Market Landscape :

• Tracking competitor strategies and emerging trends across diverse African markets
• Analyzing customer behavior and usage patterns to understand their needs, preferences, and financial literacy levels, guiding customer value proposition (CVP) development and product enhancements.

Optimizing for Impact and Growth :

• Designing and validating data-driven pricing models that balance affordability with profitability promoting financial access and sustainable growth.
• Developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks, mitigating potential threats like credit defaults, fraud, and operational inefficiencies.

Fuelling Insights and Communication :

• Building compelling data-driven narratives that translate complex information into actionable insights.
