Key Account Manager – Morogoro
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Proficiency with MS office suite.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account acquisition and management.
Core responsibilities
- To achieve agreed growth rates from corporate accounts in line with the Business Enterprises business plan.
- Cross selling of products and services to new users and existing clients promoting Yas high value offerings in line with the agreed business plan.
- Develop, implement and control account development plans to maximize new and repeat sales from the accounts.
- To achieve agreed retention targets within an existing corporate sector account portfolio.
- To be the central point of contact for all Corporate Sector Account sales related issue within the customer portfolio and the conduit for customer communication for all other service-related situations.
- Ensure all account opening applications forms are dully updated and used for activations.
- Ensure activation forms are verified prior to account opening.
- Ensure all the bills are paid as per the credit policy.
- Highlight credit risks and advice management accordingly and timely.

- Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Set and manage priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

- Conduct deep market analysis to benchmark roles against relevant sectors (Telecom, Tech, FinTech) to ensure competitive positioning.
- Partner with the Group C & B and subsidiary to model the financial impact of rewards decisions and present recommendations.
- Oversee cross companies’ benefits portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and relevance across diverse workforce.
- Establish and enforce C&B policies, ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards which ensures data Integrity across all companies.
- Manage relationships with global compensation survey providers (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson) and benefits brokers on different employees schemes.
- Manage and lead annual budget plans.

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer engineering or related.

- Design, implement, configure, and maintain information security technologies and controls across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.
- Administer and optimize security solutions, including firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, DLP, VPN, encryption and email security.
- Monitor security events, investigate and respond to security incidents and support digital forensic investigations and recovery activities.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, coordinate penetration testing, manage patching and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Manage identity and access security, including user provisioning, privileged access, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and periodic access reviews.
