Ubungo Municipal Council Announces 180 Revenue Collector Jobs – Apply Before 14 August 2026

The Ubungo Municipal Council has officially announced 180 temporary Revenue Collector (Mkusanya Ushuru) vacancies to support revenue collection activities across the municipality. Qualified Tanzanian youth are invited to submit their applications before 14 August 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be between 18 and 25 years old.
• Must possess a valid birth certificate.
• Must have completed Form Four (O-Level) or Form Six (A-Level) education.
• Must be willing to work in any area assigned within Ubungo Municipality.
• Must have the ability to use a smartphone or electronic devices for revenue collection.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be responsible for:

• Collecting taxes and municipal fees in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and council procedures.
• Issuing official receipts for every payment collected.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collections.
• Preparing daily collection reports.
• Submitting collection reports to supervisors on time.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the employer.

Successful candidates will receive a monthly allowance of TZS 250,000.
