Job Description
The Entrenchment Banker will be responsible for proactively promoting a relationship-based banking offering by serving as a dedicated and primary point of contact for clients in the Personal and Private Banking segment.
The role involves providing banking solutions that meet client needs while ensuring alignment with the bank’s specified value propositions.
Key Responsibilities

Job Description
The Collector, Commission Based (Temp), will be responsible for ensuring that collections are maximised and losses are minimised on stage 3 accounts.
The role involves applying appropriate collection interventions while adhering to Stanbic Bank’s core values, policies, and procedures.
- Conducting telephone calls to customers.
- Making personal visits to customers where necessary.
- Perfecting collateral ceded to the bank.
- Instituting legal proceedings when deemed necessary.
