What You Will Do

Own Regional Performance

  • Deliver aggressive sales targets and expand dealer networks across your assigned regions.
  • Drive balanced growth across channels while protecting portfolio quality
  • Ensure consistent execution rhythm: dealer activation, field productivity, and KPI attainment

Leadership & Portfolio Quality

  • Manage Area Sales Managers and coach leaders to build high-performing field teams.
  • Monitor repayment trends (DPD/early delinquency) and enforce onboarding discipline.
  • Identify fraud risks early and partner with risk/collections to implement controls.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience; multi-region exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing teams and scaling dealer/agent-based channels.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • High integrity, strong execution bias, and comfort operating in fast-growth environments.
  • Experience in the mobile phone industry is an added advantage
  • Applicants must be based in the respective regions.

What You Will Do

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a trainer in fintech, telco, PAYGO, retail, or device financing environments.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills (English & Swahili).
  • Experience training teams on apps, digital tools, or field sales processes.
  • Energetic, structured, and field-ready — comfortable traveling and working closely with teams on the ground.
  • Experience in the mobile phone industry will be an added advantage.

Build Scalable Operations in a New Market

As Mogo Tanzania launches, we are building operations that must scale from day one.

We are looking for a hands-on, structured leader who can build processes, solve problems fast, and create operational excellence from scratch

Your Mission

Build Operational Discipline

  • Supervise operational workflows and ensure SOP adherence across the field and back office.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (payment success rate, turnaround time, backlog, error rates).
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, credit, customer care, and collections.

Create Scalable Systems

  • Develop and refine SOPs quickly based on real-world execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, repayments, returns, or support — and fix them fast.
  • Build a reporting rhythm that leadership can use to steer performance

Customer Experience & Quality Control

  • Ensure aftersales, repairs, and reverse logistics are handled efficiently with clear SLAs.
  • Manage escalations and ensure high standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Support continuous training and adherence to compliance and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations within fintech, telco, PAYGO, asset financing, or similar high-volume environments.
  • Experience leading teams and driving performance through structured processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfort working with dashboards and operational KPIs.
  • Calm under pressure, high ownership, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Experience in the mobile phone industry is an added advantage
