About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our cluster of hotels in Zanzibar. This is an exciting opportunity to represent multiple properties within the RIU brand, handling fast-paced resort operations with professionalism and accuracy
What You’ll Do
Handle sales-related enquiries promptly, politely, and accurately via
telephone and email in line with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and client correspondence
Conduct hotel site inspections for potential and existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners
Support the Sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office tools
What We’re Looking For
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Experience: Previous experience in sales within the hospitality industry is considered a significant advantage.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced resort environment.
Professionalism: Capable of handling priorities accurately and politely.
