
Manager Portfolio Monitoring and ESG Compliance at Exim Bank
Job Description
Key Activities
• Develop and implement strategies for effective credit portfolio monitoring and ESG compliance.
• Ensure adherence to the bank’s credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee identification, measurement, and management of credit risks across all assets.
• Establish early warning systems and ensure timely remedial actions to mitigate risks.
• Supervise monitoring and follow-up on overdue accounts, ensuring reduction of outstanding exposures.
• Report high-risk overdue accounts to senior management and recommend appropriate actions.
• Drive initiatives to minimize bank provisions and prevent accounts from falling into NPA status.
• Oversee issuance of demand notices and reminders for overdue payments as per policy.
• Lead client visits with relationship managers to assess business performance and devise turnaround strategies.
• Chair regular meetings with relationship managers and regional managers to review portfolio performance.

To lead and oversee the monitoring of the credit portfolio to maintain
its quality and ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory
requirements, and ESG standards. Provide strategic direction, manage
risks, and ensure timely interventions to safeguard the bank’s credit
assets.
